- Description
- The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to clarify the extent of the required annual maintenance. The requirement shall consist of maintenance of hardware (hard drive, battery, board, controller replacement/maintenance) and software maintenance (firmware updates, bug fixes) for the StorEdge 9900. In addition to the above, the following Addendum to FAR clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items is hereby added as follows: ADDENDUM TO 52.212-4: Paragraph 52.212-4(c) is changed to read as follows: Changes in the terms and conditions of this contract may be made only by written agreement of the parties. However, any administrative changes such as change of the finance office, typographical or grammatical errors, bimonthly payment to authorized Contractors, deobligation of excess funds, exercise of contract options periods, and the option to extend the term of the contract, may be changed unilaterally by the Government. The due date for receipt of proposals remains unchanged. Proposals are due September 17, 2010, 9:00a.m., Mountain Standard Time. End of Amendment
