- Description
- The Defense Media Activity (DMA) has a requirement to procure custom studio furniture for the Kaiserslautern, Germany location. This is a brand name only project. The manufacturer is Graham Studios; they may be reached at 1-866-481-6696, reference project "AFN Ktown". Goods to be delivered and inspected at the Ft. Belvoir central receiving point. Please see the list of materials below. DMA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order under the authority at FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee be registered in the Central Contractor Registion (CCR) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Contractor must also register at Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/. Failure to register in the CCR database and ORCA will deem a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
