Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Acquisition and Property Division, Beltsville, MD intends to issue a sole source award to Annual Reviews, Inc., 4139 El Camino Way, Palo Alto, CA 94306-4010 for electronic access via the internet for all USDA users to Annual Reviews Electronic Back Volume Collection to include Biochemistry (1932), Cell and Developmental Biology (1985), Ecology Evolution and Systematics (1970), Entomology (1956), Environment and Resources (1976), Genetics (1967), Immunology (1983), Microbiology (1947), Nutrition (1981), Pharmacology and Toxicology (1961), Physiology (1939), Phytopathology (1963) and Plant Biology (1950). The Government believes that only one responsible source, Annual Reviews, Inc., can satisfy USDA'S requirements. Interested parties may submit an offer for consideration no later than 1:00 PM EST on September 21, 2010. Responses received after the specified due date and time will not be considered for award. Capability must include the provision of perpetual data rights to journal content. If no affirmative responses are received by the closing date and time, an award to Annual Reviews, Inc. will be made. The determination to open this action for competition is solely at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
