- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. This procurement was issued using other than full and open competition because a sole source award was proposed under the 8(a) Program 15 USC 637. The contract award was made pursuant to the procedures at FAR Subpart 19.8 (See also FAR 6.302-5). The Request for Proposal was available only to the 8(a) firm of Pro-Mark Services. An offer was made to and accepted by the Small Business Administration to contract with this specific small business firm as authorized by Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)) and implemented in Part 19.8 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 238220, Product Supply Code (PSC) Z111. This contract is for maintenance repairs to building systems, Land Ports of Entry, Fortuna and Northgate, ND.
