- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1U3SC0221A001 is hereby issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, 4 August 2006. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: Openeye Indoor Pan/Tilt/Zoom Camera PN# CM-410, Brand Name Or Equal, 19 Each, All Hardware included. CLIN 0002: Openeye Camera Mounts, PN# CA-410FMK, Brand Name Or Equal, 19 Each, All Hardware Included. CLIN 0003: Openeye Control Keyboards, PN# CA510J, Brand Name Or Equal 3 Each, All Hardware Included. ***All Necessary Hardware Must Be Included For Assembly*** (End description).
