- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic, Charleston, SC,intends to award a sole source contract in the estimated amount of $3 Million to Tamarack Technologies, Inc. for engineering, scientific, technical, and management support services for Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC). The services include: analysis of technologies and processes generally relating to physical security and force protection; simulation for experiments and demonstrations; systems planning, analyses and studies, requirements identification, documentation development, test and integration; systems engineering management, systems technical engineering and continuity of operations (COOP); management, program planning, and administration and risk assessment; security for planning, engineering, security administration, system security requirements; and certification and accreditation; training and training materials; and procurement support services. A performance based, cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity type contract is anticipated. The period of performance is expected to be a base year and two one-year options. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 and the size standard is $25 million. This announcement is not a request for competitive proposals.
