Justification & ApprovalOther Than Full and Open Competition 13 Sep 2010FA8770-09-C-0030 Depot Maintenance Systems Section, Integrated Logistics Maintenance Support at OC-ALC The Air Force Materiel Command, Electronic System Center (ESC), 554th Electronic Systems Group, Contract Division (554 ELSG/PK), Wright- Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio issued a contract modification to exercise the extension of services option for a period of six months under existing Contract FA8770-09-C-0030, for legacy Information Technology (IT) services. The Government solicited and negotiated with only one source IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. Per FAR 6.305, "Availability of the Justification," the redacted approval document is provided.
