- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1C2MX0209A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 337127 and the small business size standard is 500. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001- (Qty 8 EA) - HT120 Solid Hardwood Top 120 inches wide x 30 inches deep x 1 ¾ inches thick made of Oak Wood by STANLEY VIDMAR - BRAND NAME OR EQUAL CLIN 0002 - (Qty 8 EA) 12 Gauge steel 9 drawer cabinet 44 inches tall x 30 inches wide x 27 ¾ inches deep with a key locking device and adjusting leveling kit/ 4 Drawers 2 ¼ inches deep 2 Drawers 3 inches deep 1 Drawer 3 7/8 inches deep 1 Drawer 4 5/8 inches deep 1 Drawer 7 inches deep All items above made of metal. Each drawer with foam inserts and shadow boxing foam 25 1/8 inches wide x 25 1/8 inches deep: Cut to fit inside and fingerprint resistant labels for drawer handles. All items above made of metal-STANLEY VIDMAR BRAND NAME OR EQUAL CLIN 0006 - (Qty 8 EA) Flat steel back stops panels 60 inches wide x 3 inches tall to be attached to the SEP2025AL Cabinets. All items above made of metal STANLEY VIDMAR BRAND NAME OR EQUAL CLIN 0007 - (Qty 1 EA) Shipping directly to Guam Requested Items are brand name OR EQUAL. All items are MFG: STANLEY VIDMAR or EQUAL. Or EQUAL items must include specifications listed above with attachments of OR EQUAL items in bids. Items should be shipped 45 Days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to, Andersen AFB Guam, 96929. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal.
