- Please reply by attached Pre-solicitation. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials in accordance with the terms and conditions and trade practices. Notice to offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this RFQ until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before the closing date. RFQ issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates, once the RFQ is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a RFQ please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Any e-mails sent to this office regarding the RFQ must have the RFQ number in the subject line.
