- The Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division, Indian Head, MD, has a requirement for four (4) 8 ™ x 20 ™ Containerized living units for two people with efficiencies for delivery and set up OCONUS. This is a sole source requirement under authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) to SEK Solutions, 476 Viking Drive, Suite 101, Virginia Beach, VA. The offeror will be ineligible for award unless it has registered in DoD ™s Central Contractor Registration database.
