- SPM1C1-10-R-0096 THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO INCREASE THE QUANTITY OF THE GREEN CVC JACKET (ITEM 1) TO 12,500 UNITS. The following Firm Quantity Type Contract is anticipated: Item 1: Jacket, CVC, Green NSN: 8415-01-074-9413 Item 2: Jacket, CVC, Tan NSN: 8415-01-333-8394 The quantities are as follows: Item 1: 12,500 EA Item 2: 5,000 EA This procurement will be issued as a Small Business Set-Aside. The item will be procured FOB destination to New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA. Applicable specification for the item is as follows: Item 1: Jacket, CVC, Green Item 2: Jacket, CVC, Tan MIL-J-43924E dated 30 September 1991 Pattern Date: 12 February 1987 The PGC codes are Item 1: 02285 and Item 2: 02179. Production lead-time is 180 days after date of award with 5 deliveries. Best Value/Source Selection procedures will be utilized. Offerors are to submit their technical proposals with documentation for the following technical factors: Product Demonstration Models (PDM), and Experience/Past Performance.
