- 9/14/10 NOTE: Interested vendors are required to provide a detailed project budget in response to the solicitation. The original cost sheet provided with the SOW is no longer applicable as it only covered the total cost of the DVD's. NOTE: This replaces W912JC-10-SS0001 - SOURCES SOUGHT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912JC-10-R-5719 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43. This requirement is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 512110 with small business size standard $29.5M. The Statement of Work, is attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation. This will be a low cost/technically acceptable award, Firm Fixed Price. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition and statement regarding any addenda to the provision. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items with its offer. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. See attached Statement of Work.
