- The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions & Lethality ContractingCenter, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of PM IED Defeat/PF, intends to award a sole source modification to contract W15QKN-10-D-0005 with Pearson Engineering, Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) to incorporate an additional quantity of Self Protection Adaptive Roller Kit II (SPARK II) units. Award of this modification is planned for October 2010. Please be advised that this notice does not constitute as a Request For Proposal (RFP).
