- Justification The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Liebert Products and Services for maintenance on UPS, A/C, Liebert Site Scan fire detection equipment within the PBGC headquarters area. These services are needed to support and maintain the Liebert Site Scan system, fix any problems with it, and thereby help maintain the integrity of the systems environment of the entire lower level computer room, the LAN rooms, the burn-in room, and the pump room. Systems monitored include all Air Conditioning, Uninterruptible Power Supply System, Power Distribution Units, Heat Exchanger (for a/c), Flooding, and the Fire and Smoke Detection System. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. An RFQ will not be issued.
