- This is a request for information only. This is not a request for quote. Sources Sought Global Hawk (GH) Ground Interface Communication System (GICS) Test Assets Statement of Work (SOW) 14 September 2010 This sources sought is to seek information and resource capabilities of contractors. This is not a request for quote. 1.0 Test Assets The contractor shall provide three (3) ea. GH Block 40 configuration GICS sets less the Tactical Interoperable Ground Data Link (TIGDL) and Tier 2 Tactical Field Terminal (TTFT). The contractor shall provide one (1) TTFT • One GICS set equals o One (1) ea. Mission Control Element (MCE) GICS o One (1) ea. Launch and Recovery Element (LRE) GICS GICS equipment shall be identical to current GH Block 40 MCE 60058756+000 and Block 40 LRE is 60035451+000. The contractor would price, procure and deliver the test assets identified above. The required parts are a Firm Fixed Price effort with delivery not later than 18 months after receipt of order. Where the part number or any associated part characteristic has "rolled" to a newer/updated number, the contractor shall incorporate the most current data with the understanding that said changes do not change the items Form, Fit or Function. The contractor shall meet all government requirements for delivery based on common industry and government methods for inspection and acceptance which may include UID marking, inspection and acceptance (DD 250) and inventory integration at government designated locations to be determined at time of delivery to include but not be limited to: NGC facilities, Rancho Bernardo; Edwards AFB, Beale AFB.
