- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotations number is W91243-10-T-0027 This soliciation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect with Federal Acquisition Circular 05-43. This is set-aside for small business and the NAICS code is 423490. A copy of the solicitation is attached. The items on the solicitation are from MIL-SIM-FX International Inc. An equal will be acceptable as long as it meets all the specifications of the MIL-SIM-FX Intl Inc items. Please reply using the SF1449 that is attached. If quoting an equal you must provide all information on the product you are quoting on or your pricing will be considered non-responsive. Delivery will be to the USPFO-NE Supply Center at 2950 North Park Road, Lincoln, NE 68524. Delivery will be within 60 days after receipt of the award. The following provision apply: 52.212-01 (Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items; 52.212-2 (Evaluation --Commercial Items - Lowest price that meets all specifications); 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations & Certifications --Commercial Items). The following clauses are applicable to this solicitation: 52.212-4 (Contract Terms & Conditions--Commercial Items) and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms & Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items.
