- Request for Proposal (RFP) - Sewage Pumping Services 10-R-0039 This acquisition is proceeding as a Competitive Small Business Set Aside - Request for Proposals. All Small Business responsible sources may submit a quotation. This procurement will be conducted under NAICS Code 562998 and FSC 0244. Anticipated contract length is five (5) years total (Base Year plus four (4) Option Years. Estimated Cost Range is between $250,000 and $1,000,000. Contractor is to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, supervision and transportation necessary to perform sewage pumping, drain cleaning, and to provide, pump and service all portable toilets in requested areas at Lake Mendocino, CA. All RFQs shall be due no later than 4:30 pm PDT on 4 October 2010. Address / mail your original signed / dated proposals to: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers San Francisco District Attn: Contracting Division (Mr. Shifferaw) 1455 Market Street San Francisco, CA 94103-1398 BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION: The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) once the RFQ is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from FedBizOpps will require prior registration in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov).
