- Description
- The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), on behalf of the U.S. Army Inspector General Agency, intends to award a sole source purchase order to CommVault Systems, Inc. The contractor shall make available: Galaxy Premiere Software Support for CommVault software. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate the required services with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. However, the Government will consider all capability statements received by 10:00 A.M., 17 September 2010. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be an advantage to the Government in future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
