- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) RDX II/1, Qty: 2,000 lbs; 2) FEM RDX, Qty: 2,000 lbs. This requirement is sole sourced to BAE Ordnance Systems Inc., 4509 West Stone Drive, Kingsport, TN 37660-9982, as the only vendor qualified to produce these products for DOD use. Any firms believing that they can provide the products may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
