- Description
- (i) This is a special notice for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. Quotes are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Information Technology Contracting Division, DISA Services Section (PL8311), Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a sole source delivery order IAW FAR Part 13.501 to QFLOW Systems, LLC, 9317 Manchester Road, St. Louis, Mo 63119 for the purchase of the following CLINs:. (ii) ) CLIN 0001: Services, nonpersonal, for Application support for Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). ( iii) DISA intends to award a sole source delivery order to Qflow Systems, LLC. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1); only one responsible source will satisfy the agency's needs. Qflow Systems, LLC. They are the only company certified to provide FileNET software maintenance services in this area. (iv) Authorized resellers who can provide the above listed requirement must submit a capability statement within 1 business day of this notice. Oral communications are not acceptable. (v) The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-40. (vi) The NAICS code is 541519, the size standard is $25M (vii) N/A (viii) Location is Scott AFB, and remote access from contractor facility; Period of performance is 1 Oct 2010-30 Sep 2011.
