- This is a "Brand Name" solicitation. A firm-fixed-price order will be awarded. Description: iXAM and iXaminer iPhone and iTouch examination software, includes 1 (one) year support, maintenance and upgrades. This software is used by examiners in cell phone forensics. Forensic Telecommunications Services (FTS) is believed to be the sole developer of this software. Quantity is 26, delivery is 30 days ARO. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is unrestricted. Quotations shall include the company Tax Information Number (TIN) and DUNS number. All reaponsible sources may submit a quotation. The NAICS Code is 423430, Size Standard is 100. Solicitation number HSCETE-10-Q-00540 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The selected offeror must comply with the following commercial terms and conditions.
