- Sources Sought: This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market capabilities in relation to NAICS Code 622210, Residential Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facilities, Size Standard $34.5 Million. The Network Contracting Activity at Canandaigua (VISN 2) has a requirement for a contractor to provide off-site medically supervised withdrawal services for veterans. Responses to this sources sought must include the following information. 1. General information of your company name, address, contact person name, phone number, fax number, email address(s) and DUNS number and company website if available. 2. Type of business such as 8(a), small business, Hub Zone small business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business or Veteran owned small business. 3. Company experience with a Department of Veterans Affairs medically supervised withdrawal program.
