- NSN: 5940015520538, Adapter, Battery Terminal, unit of issue Each (EA) in accordance with the following: Part Number SN-200 from Supplynet Inc., CAGE 1HJX9. End Item: Support Equipment on various body armor and other field garments. The award will be for 1 base year and 4 option years. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Per the Industrial Preparedness Branch review dated 20 August 2010, Surge and Sustainment is applicable and the MWR quantity is 8 EA. Per IBMS, the required delivery is 46 days ARO. Subcontracting plan is not required as dollar value has not been met. Cost and pricing data is not required as the dollar value has not been met. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 312 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 78 EA and applies to the base year only. The Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 468 EA for the base and each option year. The Minimum/Maximum per order for the base and option years is 78/312 EA. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review on 02 September 2010. DLA-Direct delivery will be to New Cumberland, PA & Tracy, CA only. The solicitation will be issued on 27 September 2010 with a closing date of 27 October 2010.
