- RECOVERY - THIS ACTION IS FUNDED BY THE RECOVERY ACT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING CONTRACTOR, RAPISCAN SYSTEMS, INC., UNDER THE INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF ADVANCED TECNNOLOGY (AT) II X-RAY UNITS AND ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT. The Transportation Security Administration intends to award a firm fixed price delivery order under competitive procedures against the Rapiscan Systems, Inc.
