- Solicitation The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, materials, parts, transportation, and any other items necessary to disassemble and inspect each maintenance stand to include all welds, fasteners and casters at Tyndall AFB, FL. Contractor will be responsible for staging and rigging all components for loading and load components for transport. Contractor is responsible for all costs associated with the transport of maintenance stands to Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. Contractor shall offload components, inspect, reassemble and test all maintenance stands at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. Contractor will install new fasteners to secure all assemblies disassembled for transport as well as replace any others that appear unacceptable for safe operation. Utility reels will be inspected for operation and any needed repairs will be accomplished. Items such as padding replacement and minor welding repairs will also be accomplished at the final destination. One guard rail will be repaired completely.
