- STATEMENT OF WORK This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Form 9 number is F6Z3SB0242A002 and is being issued for reference. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 562112 and the small business size standard is $12,500,000. The SIC code is 4940. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The Combat Readiness Training Center is soliciting quotations for Maintenance of Oil/Water Seperators in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 7 AUG 2009. The period of performance is three (3) months starting 01 October 2010 and ending 31 December 2010.
