- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial off the shelf (COTS) items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W911W4-10-T-0267 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The RFQ document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-24. This requirement is being tendered through ASFI and is solicited unrestricted for Brand Name or Equivalent. The associated NAICS code is 334111 and industry standard is 1000 employees. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All quotes must be clearly marked with the offerors name, address, POC with telephone number, and the above solicitation number. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. Delivery shall be to BLDG 712, 9801 Dalrymple Road, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-5435. Telephone communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Quotes received after the specified date and time will not be considered for award.
