- The VA Northern California Health Care System intends to negotiate a noncompetitive award with Iron Bow Technologies, LLC DBA Apptis Technology Solutions, LLC, 4800 Westfields Blvd., Chantilly VA for nine (9) Video Conferencing Units, to include, installation, training, onsite VTC integration and startup, programming, and equipment warranty. This procurement is a sole source award to maintain compatibility and warranty of Government-owned Tandberg Units. Sole source justification has been prepared in support of this acquisition. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43. The NAICS code is 334111 and the small business size standard is unrestricted. Solicitation number is VA-261-10-RP-0440.
