- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0722 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45, Defense Circular Number 20100908 and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-0903. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 334513. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, transportation, supervision, materials, equipment, and management, to provide the following: 0001: Part# PHG1 8030; HG1 Standard Unit (requires A100); "or equal", Qty 6 each 0002: Part# S116; Portable sample valve; "or equal", Qty 3 each 0002: Part# A103/104; Security kit (HG1 unit); "or equal", Qty 3 each 0003: Part# A100; Handheld programmer for HG1 8030; "or equal", Qty 1 each 0004: Operator Manuals; "or equal", Qty 7 Each FOB: Destination for delivery to, 355 CES, F1P35A, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, AZ 85707. The provision at 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, applies to this acquisition. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical acceptance.
