- Draft Performance Workstatement The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought is to obtain business information from vendors that can provide the George C. Marshall Center software as a service (Portal) for a language service request/ translation project management/content management system (SaaS) to meet Marshall Center's requirements for language service request/ translation project management/content management. The requested information will be used by the Government for market research purposes only and is not a Request for Proposal or a Request for Quote in that it will not be used to place an order with any vendor directly. This is for informational purposes only and the Government will not be obligated to award to any interested vendors that present information in response to this RFI. Requirements for the SaaS are described in the attached performance work statement: Vendors that are interested in possibly providing these services and supplies are asked to submit the following information: A. Vendor Info Requested: 1. Company Name 2. Company Address 3. CAGE Code 4. Company POC name 5. Company POC phone 6. Company POC email 7. Company website address 8. Authorized Reseller of Requested Software? Y/N If no, please explain. 9. Product(s) 10. Price information 11. Terms & Conditions 12. Discounts 13. List of Existing Government Contracts/BPA Number(s) for these Services/Supplies. Please provide electronic copies of these contracts 14. List of POC (name, phone, email) for each current Government contract 15. List of Government contracts active in the last 2 years (if not covered above) 16. Do you have a current catalog with pricing? If so, please provide. If not, how do you price your products and services? If you are able to provide pricing, what is the period covered? PROPOSED EVALUATION CRITERIA (a) The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. PROPOSED EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS a) Technical capability - Written Technical submittal b) Past performance c) Price TECHNICAL CAPABILITY FACTOR Vendor's written Technical submission would be evaluated as acceptable (pass) or unacceptable (fail). Technical Proposal would be evaluated in terms of: Written Technical Submittal Pass (P): The technical submittal demonstrates that: (1) the offeror's proposed SaaS has the ability to meet the Marshall Center's requirements for a language service request/ translation project management/content management system and (2) can provide 100 percent of all Marshall Center requirements. Fail (F): The technical submittal does not demonstrate that it can meet the requirements as stated in above. PRICE The offeror's proposed price will be evaluated on the basis of price reasonableness in accordance with FAR 13.106-3.
