- DTRA Balanced Survivability Assessment Sources Sought Announcement The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is to identify viable sources with the requisite experience, personnel, and skill sets required to perform both Blue and Red Team Balanced Survivability Assessments (BSAs) for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. In order to demonstrate their qualifications, interested sources shall submit a White Paper providing the following information: 1) General Requirements - Sources shall provide a narrative detailing their experience and or ability to provide/perform the efforts detailed under the General Requirements Section of the attached document; 2) Personnel - Sources shall identify available, experienced personnel who meet the qualifications for the personnel positions detailed in Sections D and E of the attached document; 3) Past Performance - Sources shall submit a detailed narrative explaining their company's experience performing survivability/vulnerability mission assurance assessments. This narrative shall include the contract number, period of performance, agency or entity supported, dollar value, and a short synopsis of the scope of the effort.
