- Solicitation which includes performance work statement Solicitation is for the landscaping of the Longhorn Dining Facility on Dyess AFB, TX. Landscaping is to be accomplished in accordance with the attached performance work statement. Bids are due to SSgt Fortenberry no later than 2 pm CST, on 16 Sept 2010. Award will be made to the lowest priced bidder. Award of contract is subject to the availability of funds. A site visit is to be held 14 Sept 2010, at 0930, all needing access to base nee to contact SSgt Fortenberry no later than Noon on 13 Sept 2010.
