- BILL OF MATERIAL PURPOSE: Sources Sought for Market Research - A solicitation has not been issued for this requirement. NAICS CODE: 511210 SIZE STANDARD: $25M BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF REQUIREMENT: AFRL/CS-EBS has a requirement to purchase additional CONGOS licenses and upgrade commensurate with the renewal of existing set of CONGOS licenses that are currently held by AFRL and employed to support EBS EPP capability.
