- Description
- The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13) intends to make a sole-source award to RTKL Associates, Baltimore, MD under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GSA/PBS is an architectural-engineering firm to provide a Building Preservation Plan User's Guide which is designed for quick reference and providing details for data entry, data retrieval and database administration. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The NAICS code is 541310. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for proposals. The Government will consider all responses received by 5:00 PM EST, September 25, 2010. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
