- RECOVERY ACT Award Synopsis- Recovery Act funding is being used for incremental funding for Domestic Energy Supply Distribution/Fuel Cells to UltraCell Corporation for 55 Watt Reformed Methanol Fuel Cells in the amount of $1,499,477.00. A Cost Reimbursement modification to Cooperative Agreement FA8650-10-2-2000 is being used because contract performance involved uncertainties that would not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to permit the use of a fixed price contract. As such, a cost-reimbursement type action will be continued and this action fully funds the Cooperative Agreeement.
