- STANDARD FORM 1449 - HSFLGL-11-Q-00011 SPECIFICATIONS RAM TARGET VEHICLES (JUNK VEHICLES) THIS REQUEST WILL BE ISSUED AS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. A FORMAL OR WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THE FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING CENTER (FLETC) WOULD LIKE TO SOLICIT RAM TARGET VEHICLES (JUNK VEHICLES) - PER ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS. DELIVERY DATES TO BE DETERMINED. (MINIMUM OF 12 AND A MAXIMUM NOT TO EXCEED 96) Please complete your quote on the Standard Form 1449 and submit to Gretchen Lovell by email glovell@dhs.gov. ALL QUOTES ARE DUE BY SEPTEMBER 13, 2010: 10:00 AM (ET).
