- Revised Statement of Work The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has a requirement to purchase 4 digital levels and rods, extra batteries, and accessories. Request is for Open Market pricing. Also provide with your quote a description of what is included in accessories. Description of Requirement: CLIN 0001 Digital Level - Qty 4 each Each level should contain all accessories required to operate it successfully such as a battery, charger, appropriately sized case, software, etc. CLIN 0002 Precise Level Rods, 2m - Qty 4 sets (each set contains 2 rods) CLIN 0003 Standard bar-coded level rods, 2m - Qty 8 each CLIN 0004 - Qty 4 each Extra battery and charger for each digital level CLIN 0005 Training - 1 each CLIN 0006 - Option Clin Digital Level - Qty 2 each Each level should contain all accessories required to operate it successfully such as a battery, charger, appropriately sized case, software, etc. CLIN 0007 - Option Clin Precise Level Rods, 2m - Qty 2 sets (each set contains 2 rods) CLIN 0008 - Option Clin Standard bar-coded level rods, 2m - Qty 4 each CLIN 0009 - Option Clin Extra Battery and Charger - Qty 2 each See Statement of Work for thorough description of requirements. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number assigned to this purchase is RFQ-DIGILVL and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. The provision at FAR 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Only one award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror who meets the requirement. Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification--Commercial Items, with their offer. The clause at 52.2 12-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, with the following clauses: 52.204-10 - Reporting Executive Compensation and First-Tier Subcontract Awards; 52.222-3 Convict Labor; 52.222-19,Child Labor -- Cooperation with Authorities and Remedies, 52.222-21 Prohibition of Segregated Facilities; 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities; 52.222-50 -- Combating Trafficking in Persons; 52.225-13, Restrictions on Certain Foreign Purchases; 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer - Central Contractor Registration. The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with the following clauses: 252.203-7000 Requirements Relating to Compensation of Former DoD Officials; DFARS 252.225-7001 Buy American Act and Balance of Program; 252.225-7036, Buy American Act--Free Trade Agreements--Balance of Payments Program; 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests.
