- The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) and the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) are requesting a quote for a Security Information Event Management (SIEM) Log Correlation Appliance in accordance with the Statement of Objectives (SOO) contained in pages 3-5 of this RFQ. The NAICS code associated with this procurement is 334111, Electronic Computer Manufacturing. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and is set aside for small business. Anticipated award will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Vendors are requested to provide best delivery and start up service date. Vendors are to address how the proposed product meets or exceeds the requirements as listed in sections 3-6 of the attached SOO. A Technically Acceptable/Low Price source selection will be conducted. Evaluation will be based on vendor ™s responses to sections 3-6 of the attached SOO. Proposals must address all requirements listed in sections 3-6 to be considered for award. The Contracting Officer intends to award a contract on the basis of initial proposals received without discussions. Vendor Question Submission: on or before Close of Business, Wednesday September 15, 2010 Vendor Quote Submission: on or before Close of Business, Monday, September 20, 2010 Award Issuance: on or before September 23, 2010
