- These containers will be used to store Army National Guard Recruiting marketing equipment as well as market the Minnesota Army National Guard. The specifications are as follows: The storage containers will be made of composite material *Nominal outside dimensions: 8 wide x 8 tall by 10 long *Gross capacity: 10,000 lbs *Nominal empty weight: 1,500 lbs *Temperature range: -30 degrees F to + 140 degrees F *Construction will be UV stabilized polyester resin and fiberglass reinforcements *Exterior and interior surfaces are smooth without sharp edges *Stainless steel materials utilized for door hardware *Weather tight construction *Forklift assessable *(1) Set of double doors will be supplied and located on the long side *D-rings will be supplied at the vertical corners for tie downs (4) total OPTIONS WANTED: *Containers will be Blue to match National Guard Color *Containers will be Branded using the National Guard Approved Logo (Red, White and Blue) *Solar powered lights *Solar powered vents *Corner casters and jacks for maneuverability and loading onto trailer for transportation Separate Line Item: Freight/Shipping Charges if applicable FOB: Destination TO: USPFO Warehouse Bldg 11-62, 15000 Highway 115, Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN 56345-4173 PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER: W91RK8 0239-0599 This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation W912LM-10-T-0071.
