- ERDC Contracting Office intends to solicit sources and pricing under the authority of FAR 13.500 for A Complete eBook Collection. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures --- only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than Wednesday, 15 September 2010 - 11:00 A.M., CDST. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties may submit quotes for consideration by the Government to amanda.andrews@usace.army.mil. Please use solicitation number referenced in the subject line. The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Library has a requirement to use Thomas Telford as a sole source to purchase the complete ICE e-Book Collection from Thomas Engineering (ICE) e-book titles. Thomas Telford is the sole publisher and provider of electronic access to their books.
