- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD), has a requirement to increase the scope for Research and Development Services in support of Floating Area Network (FAN), with MOBILISA under contract N00167-06-C-0005. A continuation of services is required for the development and extended range radiological sensor that will provide the omni-directional ranges required to provide full radiological sensing coverage across maritime choke points. NSWCCD intends to solicit only one source, Mobilisa, Port Townsend, WA, for this requirement. Negotiations will be made as a modification to contract N00167-06-C-0005. The plan is to issue an increase of effort to MOBILISA on a sole source basis.
