- Description
- The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) FAR 6.302-2 Urgent and Compelling need. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made to DTM Corporation, Silver Spring, MD 20910. The requirement is for Security Guards Services for Arlington National Cemetery (ANC). This action will result in a three month period of performance extension to a Firm-Fixed Price contract, commencing on 1 October 2010. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561612 with a size standard of $12.5 million. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT Wednesday, 15 September 2010 at 5:00 PM EST.
