- SF 1449 Iowa NRCS has a need for construction inspectors and project engineers for four locally sponsored project agreements. Two are in the East Fork of the Grand River Watershed and two are in the Bear Creek Watershed. Proposals are being requested from Black and Veatch in Overland Park, KS to include a completed SF 1449 along with the name and experience qualifications of the key personnel you will use to complete the projects. The proposals are due back to me by 3:30 pm on September 16, 2010. All questions must be in writing. Please email them to allen.gehring@ia.usda.gov.
