- Solicitation Terms and Conditions USCGC Valiant HSCG80-10-Q-P45VR2 SOW USCGC Valiant HSCG80-10-Q-P45VR2 Pricing sheet The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center Norfolk has a requirement and is requesting quotations for the following Trane parts: FCBB0201J, 200 CFM, RH; FCU 25 x 31.5 x 9 (each 7) FCBB0301K, 300 CFM, LH; FCU, 25 X 39.5 X 9 (each 3) FCBB0401J, 400 CFM, RH; FCU, 25 X 43.5 X 9(each 6) FCDB0301J, 300 CFM, RH; FCU, 21-5/8 X 42-3/8 X 10-9/16 (each 3) FCBB0201K, 200 CFM; LH, FCU, 25 X 31.5 X 9 (each 2) FCBB0301J, 300 CFM, RH; FCU, 25 X 39.5 X 9 (each 1) FCBB0401K, 400 CFM, LH; FCU, 25 X 43.5 X 9 (each 1) FCDB0401J, 400 CFM, RH; FCU, 21-5/8 X 46-3/8 X 10-9/16 (each 1) FCDB0401K, 400 CFM, LH; FCU, 21-5/8 X 46-3/8 X 10-9/16 (each 1) FCDB0801J, 800 CFM, RH; FCU, 25-1/4 X 12 X 60 (each 1) Delivery is to be on or before October 4, 2010. Substitute parts are not acceptable. The item(s) are required for USCGC Valiant (WMEC-621). Items will be inspected upon delivery. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to USCGC Valiant, co CG Base, 100 MacArthur Causeway, Miami Beach, Florida 33139. NOTE: PRICING SHEET, SOW, AND SOLICITATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AVAILABLE AS A SEPARATE ATTACHMENT TO THIS NOTICE. A purchase order shall be awarded as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation HSCG80-10-Q-P45VR2. This is a total small business set-aside and concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit quotes on or before September 17, 2010 2pm ET. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-44 (July 2010) and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 339991 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. This synopsis/solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 6.203-1 and HSAM 3006.302-1. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and shall provide the company Tax Information Number (TIN) with their offer. The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is September 17, 2010 at 2:00pm Eastern Time.
