- Specifications RFQ The OO-ALC/PKESA, Hill AFB Utah, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Fixed Frim Price Contract for a Air Ground Equipment (AGE) caddy/tug to the responsible quoter whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, which will be most advantageous to the government. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. The 309th AMXG is responsible for moving aircraft daily in and out of facilities including refueling areas, which require explosion proofing and must intrinsically safe.
