- DRAFT PWS dated 10 Aug 10 This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the capability and availability of commercial sources with full food service. The AAC Contracting Division is conducting market research for a full food service requirement at EGLIN AFB, FL. The requirement is for the Contractor to provide all resources, except for Government Furnished Property, to perform Full Food Service at the Joint Strike Fighter Lightning Food Facility on EGLIN AFB. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is for market research to determine the method of acquisition. The Government's determination on how to compete the proposed requirement will be consistent with the provisions of the Randolph-Sheppard Act (R-SA). This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). When issued, the RFP will be posted to FedBizOpps. Responses to this notice should include: 1) A written narrative of contractors capability to provide full food service and/or marketing materials that identify the features of their particular enterprise; 2) Company size in relation to the applicable North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) 722310, size standard $20.5 Million; 3) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code; 4) The socioeconomic status of the company, i.e., small business concern, 8(a) business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, woman-owned small business, veteran owned small business, or Service disabled veteran owned small business; 5) Comments concerning the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
