- PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT - North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office (NARCO) intends to competitively award a commercial Non-Personal/Personal Services contract, for a Diabetes Vision Preservation Program located at the Department of Endocrinology, Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington DC. The solicitation is Unrestricted. NAICS Code: 621111. This requirement for Diabetes Vision Preservation Program services includes, but is not limited to the following: Retinal Image Reader/Ophthalmomogist, Program Manager, System Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Retinal Imagers and Consultant. All offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration database, www.ccr.gov. Estimated start date is on or about 30 Sept 2010. RELEASE of solicitation, W91YTZ-10-R-0132, is scheduled on or about 15 September 2010. Inquiries about solicitation will not be responded to until the solicitation has been released.
