- HTC711-10-Q-D049 - Notice of Sole Source Intent. United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Manugistics, Inc., a subsidiary of JDA Software Group for Network Transport Software Solution Maintenance. This software enables Defense Personal Property System (DPS) Joint Program Office to perform transportation services and rate filing. It is used to capture solicitation information and submitted rates from Transportation Service Providers. The anticipated Period of Performance is from 1 October 2010 to 30 September 2012. Manugistics, Inc. is the sole source proprietor of this type support and does not have a third-party reseller available to provide all aspects of the infrastructure. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541511 with a size standard of $25.0 million. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
