- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: The Bureau of the Public Debt, in Parkersburg, WV, has a requirement for ETF/A Software Maintenance, one base year maintenance services beginning 10/01/10 to 09/30/11 for the 17th year of maintenance and 4 option years. Customer ID - C00074, Site ID No. C9406115. The solicitation document is issued as a Request-for-Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotations on RFQ number RFQ-OIT-11-0004. The acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) award resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). This combined synopsis/solicitation is for procurement of the following: a. Maintenance in support of its ETF/A (password and identifications) software to the Bureau of Public Debt, Department of Treasury, Parkersburg, WV b. Software updates (via electronic keys) to the Technical Point-of-Contact (POC) to ensure that software is operational (if necessary) c. Technical support to ensure that the software maintains compatibility with the Operating System Contractors shall provide the unit price for the requirements listed above for a base year and 4 additional option years: Proposals shall be submitted electronically to BPD with a subject line that states: RFQ-OIT-11-00004 Attention: JOAZ. Please send to PSB2@bpd.treas.gov on or before 12:00 p.m. ET, 09/16/2010. It is the Offeror's responsibility to confirm timely receipt of the proposal. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing by 2:00 p.m. ET, 09/14/2010 to Attention: JOAZ at psb2@bpd.treas.gov referencing the solicitation number.
