- This is a U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Raystown Lake Project. This proposed procurement is for a contract that is unrestricted, NAICS 238990 size standard of $14 Million. Estimated cost of services is between $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 Firmed Fixed Price Construction Contract through the use of new, innovative, and environmentally friendly materials a 2.8 mile pathway utilizing post consumer recycled materials will be constructed. The Scope of work includes not only the trail surface installation but all sub-grade earth work to prepare the site for final surfacing. The purpose of the trial is to connect multiple recreation sites throughout the Seven Points Recreation Area by constructing seamless porous pavement sidewalk. Additional information in accordance with the Scope of Work will be included in the Solicitation announcement which will be posted on or around 23 July 2010. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to John.r.lambert2@usace.army.mil. Proposals shall be submitted via mail to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Attn: John Lambert, Contracting Division, Room 7000, 10 South Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201-2530. Solicitation is available thru Federal Business Opportunities. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge.
